The menu

Dinner centers on Creekstone Farms prime beef, with a 14-ounce New York strip and a 20-ounce bone-in ribeye, plus a filet, rack of lamb and a veal chop. Seafood includes Chilean sea bass, Scottish salmon, oysters and a seafood stack with king crab and lobster. Lunch and après menus are lighter, with salads, flatbreads, nachos, burgers and a filet and frites.

Après and live music

Afternoons bring an après menu and, at the Vail location only, live music from local musicians on the patio at select times. Tables for music sessions are booked by phone rather than online.

Groups and holidays

The restaurant hosts large parties and private and semi-private events, with group menus beyond the regular lunch and dinner lists. It publishes special menus for Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve, so book early for either.

Sister restaurants

The same group runs Beaver Creek Chophouse and CBAR, its slopeside bar, in Beaver Creek, and gift cards can be bought for any of the three. The tableside magician advertised on the website performs in Beaver Creek, not Vail.
