Vail T-Shirt

The Vail T-Shirt Company does exactly what the name says, and does it late. Tucked into Lionshead Village, it carries Vail shirts, sweatshirts and souvenirs — the kind of shop that exists to solve a specific problem, and solves it well.

That problem is usually discovered on the last evening of a trip, when most of the village has already pulled its shutters. The long hours make this one of the few retail options still open after dinner, which is precisely when people remember the friends back home who were promised something Vail-shaped.

Behind the shop is R&R Sports Colorado, a family of Colorado high-country retail and rental brands that has been operating since 1983. The same family runs the Covered Bridge Store and Generation Vail, so if one of those is closer to where you're standing, you have options.
