Periods and signed pieces

The stock is organized by era as much as by type: Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, Art Nouveau and Art Deco, Retro, midcentury and vintage. Signed work comes from houses such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co., Buccellati, Bulgari, David Webb, Mikimoto, Oscar Heyman and Rolex, with modern diamond jewelry and Native American pieces alongside.

Rings, silver and smaller budgets

Antique and contemporary rings, engagement rings and diamond bands have their own section, and there is a dedicated under-$1,000 selection. The silver side covers flatware sets and hollowware such as serving pieces, goblets, candelabras and tea sets.

Buying and selling

Michele's also buys gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, gemstones, watches and coins, paying outright rather than taking consignments. Free evaluations and jewelry and silver repair are handled at the Austin store, so ask the Vail shop what it can take in on site. Many pieces on the website can be shipped nationwide.
