What you will see

The roster includes impressionist landscape painter Robert Moore and his son Robbie, wildlife painter Doyle Hostetler, sculptor Clay Enoch's bronzes of athletes and figures, Fekadu Mekasha's stainless-steel wire-mesh portraits and Houston Llew's Spiritiles. Each piece comes with a biography of the artist and a certificate of authenticity.

Meet the artists

The gallery runs a rotating program of shows, and visiting artists often paint or sculpt in the gallery during their appearances. The Moores' fall visit, timed for aspen season, has become a tradition that sometimes includes a short outing to watch them paint outdoors. The FAQ lists the current show.

Buying from home

Most collectors don't live in Colorado, so the gallery ships fully insured worldwide and can place a painting or sculpture digitally on a photo of your wall before you decide. Commissions, interest-free layaway and complimentary design advice are also offered.

An evening stop

The gallery says it stays open well into the evening in winter, and dinner is a few yards away: El Segundo is upstairs and Up the Creek shares the building, with Lancelot and Mountain Standard close by. Drivers should use the main Vail Village parking structure.
