Rentals and demos

Packages run from Sport skis for first-timers through Performance and Demo tiers, plus junior skis and adult snowboards; kids' snowboards are not rented. The demo fleet covers all-mountain and powder skis from Armada, Atomic, Blizzard, Head, K2, Kastle, Nordica, Rossignol and Volkl, and you can swap models during the day as conditions change. Reserving online in advance takes 20% off; the FAQ has the rates.

The night before

Rental customers can collect equipment the evening before their first day, after 4:30 p.m., which avoids the morning queue. A physical credit card is required at pickup.

Storage

Rental equipment stays at the shop overnight for free. Skiers with their own gear can pay for nightly ski or boot storage on dryers, or take a wax with overnight storage. Seasonal lockers at Joel's Locker Room hold four sets of skis, boots and poles, but they are full at present, with a waitlist.

Tuning and repair

Being next to the ski school and Gondola One means you can ski to the door, drop skis at the end of the day and collect them tuned the next morning. Services run from a quick wax to full tunes, binding mounts and AT binding work.

Staff

Many staff return season after season, and the team includes bilingual Argentinian employees, which helps Spanish-speaking visitors.
