The coffee

The espresso bar pulls espresso, cappuccino, cortado and macchiato alongside drip coffee, cold brew, chai, teas, smoothies and boba drinks. The specialty latte list has personality, with house drinks such as Honey Lavender, Mud Season, Wired Yeti and Moose Tracks, and in fall a pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin spice mocha and a dirty horchata chai. Bagged coffee is sold to take home.

The food

Breakfast burritos come with bacon or sausage, eggs, roasted potatoes and cheese, with a vegan black-bean version and an OG green chili burrito. Toasts run from simple avocado with black lava sea salt to an avocado egg-salad toast with bacon, and the sandwiches include a turkey, bacon, avocado and Havarti, a turkey artichoke pesto, and a tomato, mozzarella and pesto melt. Housemade scones, croissants and gluten-free banana chocolate chip bread fill the pastry case. Gluten-free options run through the menu.

Ordering ahead

The West Vail café

Yeti's Grind also runs a café in West Vail, on North Frontage Road West by I-70's West Vail exit. It is the same company with the same drinks menu, and a handy stop if you are staying outside the Village or leaving town. The company also has cafés down valley in Edwards and Eagle.
