The Bravo! Vail Music Festival brings visiting orchestras to Vail for six weeks each summer, and its 2027 season, the festival's 40th anniversary, is scheduled from Friday, June 25 to Thursday, August 5, 2027. The orchestral concerts are held at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Ford Park. These dates are the organizer's early outline; the full season is due to be announced on December 1, 2026, and all dates, artists and programs may change.

Orchestra residencies

• Sinfonica de Mineria (Mexico City): June 25-27, opening the season on its third Bravo! Vail residency
• Dallas Symphony Orchestra: July 2-7
• The Philadelphia Orchestra: July 9-16
• New York Philharmonic: July 21-28

The chamber music series and other smaller series were still to be announced. One Bravo! Vail ticketing page gives June 24 as the opening date; the festival's main 2027 page and the orchestra page both say June 25, so check the final schedule in December.

Key ticket dates

• January 26, 2027: single tickets and packages go on sale to everyone
• March 9, 2027: tickets for free events released

At the amphitheater

The Ford Amphitheater has covered seats under the pavilion and a large lawn behind them. Ford Park sits a short walk east of Vail Village, next to Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, and parking there is limited, so the free in-town bus or a walk along Gore Creek is often easier.
