The Ethical Leadership Forum is a two-day gathering in Vail on Thursday, October 8 and Friday, October 9, 2026, hosted by Students Shoulder-to-Shoulder, an Edwards-based nonprofit. The open community program is on Friday morning, from 8 am to 1 pm, at The Sebastian in Vail Village.

This year's theme is healthcare as a moral ecosystem: if access to healthcare is a responsibility we share, what does ethical leadership ask of businesses, nonprofits, civic groups and individuals, not just hospitals?

Friday, October 9 program

• 8-9:15 am: a regional Rotary breakfast, open to all, sponsored by the Vail Edwards Rotary Club
• 9:30-11 am: a business session on employee health as a community investment, produced with Vail Valley Works
• 11 am-1 pm: the plenary panel, with leaders from Vail Health, Eagle Care Clinic and others, followed by a Jeffersonian-style discussion over lunch and audience questions

Thursday, October 8

Thursday is for educators and nonprofit leaders, with workshops on how young people develop a sense of purpose and moral responsibility. Its Eventbrite listing names Antlers as the venue; Antlers at Vail sits in Lionshead.
