About

A Secret Garden has been Vail's family florist for more than 30 years, working from a floral studio and gift boutique at 100 East Meadow Drive, Suite 3, in Vail Village. It calls itself the only independent floral design studio physically based in the village, and most of its work is weddings and events around the valley.

For visitors, it answers three needs: couples planning a Vail wedding, hosts who want flowers waiting in a rental or hotel room, and anyone who wants to send an arrangement to someone in the valley.

Weddings and events

Weddings are the core of the business, from bridal bouquets and boutonnieres to altar and arch pieces, garlands, centerpieces and cake flowers. Consultations can happen remotely, in the shop or at the venue, and the team also handles proposals, elopements and corporate events. It is currently booking the 2027 season, with some 2026 dates still open.

Flowers for a stay

The shop designs arrangements for vacation homes and rental properties, matched to the house, and supplies hotels and local businesses on a regular basis. Designer's-choice arrangements can be ordered online and delivered across the valley, from Vail and Minturn to Beaver Creek and Cordillera.

The boutique

The studio doubles as a gift shop, with pillows, candles and home decor alongside the flowers, plus holiday wreaths and silk arrangements in season. In summer it opens on Sunday mornings for the Vail Farmers' Market.
