The menu

Start with the dips: baba ganoush, whipped feta, labneh with zhoug, muhammara and traditional hummus, sold singly or as a trio. Hummus bowls come topped with chicken shawarma, lamb, falafel or fried cauliflower with dates and mint, served with pita or vegetables. Quinoa tabbouleh and a Greek salad can be topped with falafel, shawarma or lamb. Lemonades, including prickly pear, round it out.

Ordering

Order at Boychik's counter and sit anywhere in the hall or on Avanti's patio; drinks come from Avanti's bar. Boychik also takes pickup orders for the Vail counter through its website, handy for a meal back at the condo.

Catering and other locations

Boychik caters larger orders through its catering team. The Vail counter is one of three; the others are at Avanti Boulder and Stanley Marketplace.

Inside Avanti F&B

Boychik is one of five kitchens in Avanti F&B Vail, which also houses Backyard Burgers, Capriata (sourdough pizza), Glo (ramen and hand rolls) and Taqueria del Oro, plus two bars and a large patio facing Golden Peak.
