What is on the shelves

Wine from around the world is the core, from dependable everyday bottles to older vintages. Beyond that are handcrafted, micro and imported beers, spirits, cordials and liqueurs, mixers, cigars, and accessories such as wine glasses, flasks, openers and gift bags. A good part of the French and Italian library is kept in cellar storage away from the store, so rare bottles may need a day or two's notice.

Vintage searches and special orders

The vintage and collectables list is the shop's specialty. If a bottle is not on the shelf, ask: the staff will either have it or try to find it. The store also offers cellar management, event consultation and vintage search services, and it takes orders by email.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery is free by appointment above a minimum purchase that rises with distance from the village, which is useful if you are hosting in a rental and do not want to carry cases through the snow. Wine can also be shipped by FedEx to a limited list of states. Minimums, states and payment rules for remote orders are in the FAQ.

Finding it

The store is at 196 Gore Creek Drive, Unit 164, in the pedestrian core of Vail Village, so it is an easy walk from village lodging and restaurants. Summer hours run from midday into the evening; check the FAQ for current times.
