The salt room

Halotherapy sessions last 45 minutes in zero-gravity loungers inside a room lined with Himalayan salt, while a machine disperses fine dry salt into the air. Families can book shorter sessions with young children, and each month the room hosts new-moon or full-moon soundbaths with gongs, chimes and crystal bowls. Private soundbaths can be arranged for a group.

The Longevity Lounge

This is a self-guided circuit you can book for a two-hour drop-in: red light therapy, PEMF, a vibroacoustic sound lounge, spinal decompression, lymphatic compression and a Chi machine. It is the easiest way to try the studio without a full appointment.

Bodywork and longer programs

Waibel's appointments combine massage, structural alignment and sound work, with a first session of about two hours. The studio also offers Maya abdominal therapy, women's holistic health sessions, ANF Therapy protocols and a 12-week Rebuild from the Root program. Massage books out at least eight weeks ahead, so reserve early.

Finding it

Aquarian Uprising is part of the Vail Run building at the corner of North Frontage Road and Lionsridge Loop, north of Interstate 70. Parking behind the building is free. Enter at Registration, walk past the desk and the studio is on the main level, across from the gym.

Acupuncture in the studio

Michele LaVire, L.Ac, of La Femme Wellness offers acupuncture at the studio, starting with a full consultation and adding cupping or other therapies when needed. Book through La Femme Wellness.
