Recovery and altitude

The recovery menu includes IV cocktails, among them Bad Altitude, which the spa pitches at altitude-related nausea and minor headaches, plus B12 and MIC injections, compression boots and an oxygen bar with aromatherapy options. The medical team also sees people who are unwell, in person or by video. Prices are in the FAQ.

Spa treatments

The spa has three treatment rooms and calls itself a certified Green Spa, using organic products. Massages include Swedish, therapeutic, lava shell, prenatal and lymphatic styles; facials run from an organic Eminence facial to a HydraDermabrasion treatment; nails are Dazzle Dry only. There is also Chinese medicine: acupuncture, fire cupping and herbal consultations. Spa clients can use the locker rooms and showers, the outdoor pool, hot tubs, a co-ed steam room and a sauna.

Medical and aesthetic services

The medical side, led by nurse practitioner Dr. Jodi, covers hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss (after a consultation and lab work), tox and filler, microneedling, Morpheus8, laser treatments and hair restoration. Payment plans are available through Cherry.

Booking

Appointments are booked online through the spa's website or by phone. The spa does not publish set opening hours, so book ahead rather than walking in.

Inside Manor Vail Lodge

BioMed Spa is part of Manor Vail Lodge at 595 Vail Valley Drive, which lists it as its on-site spa and hosts its service menu. The lodge's bar, The Fitz, and its restaurant, Ridge + River Mountainside Kitchen, are in the same complex.
