The sessions

Most visits start with the Sunshine Signature Massage, customized from your intake and pressure preference, or the Transformational Thai Massage, a clothed session of massage and full-body stretching. Prenatal, foot-focused and four-handed sessions are also offered. Cupping, hot stones, Theragun, inversion, hot towels and aromatherapy are included at no extra charge, and prices do not change with the season.

Couples, and couples lessons

Couples can be massaged side by side on the same mat. For something different, the owner teaches couples massage lessons: you take turns giving and receiving, and can ask to cover partner yoga, AcroYoga, deep tissue, cupping or Thai-style stretching.

Yoga, AcroYoga and sound healing

The studio is not a drop-in yoga studio, but it runs private yoga for up to eight, AcroYoga flights, kids' AcroYoga and private sound healing with gong bath. Its team also teaches mobile classes for birthday groups, bachelorette parties and corporate events at parks, homes or hotel venues.

Getting there, or having them come to you

The studio has no parking of its own; the Lionshead parking structure is the closest, with 15-minute drop-off right outside, and the free town bus stops nearby. Mobile massage and yoga come to lodging in Lionshead, Vail Village and Golden Peak, and farther out with 24 hours' notice. In summer the studio leads the yoga and sound bath that opens Black Tie's Ride to Renewal bike mornings.
