The spa

There are 11 treatment rooms: the couples room with its soaking tub, a wet treatment room, two facial rooms and seven massage rooms. The men's and women's locker rooms have steam rooms and whirlpools, and there is a separate women's relaxation lounge as well as a large co-ed lounge. Above the spa sits a 3,500-square-foot fitness complex with LifeFitness equipment and a movement studio for yoga, stretching and Pilates.

Treatments

RockResorts describes the treatments as alpine-inspired, with natural ingredients and indigenous aromas. The 2026–27 Vail RockResorts menu runs from a custom massage in 50, 80 or 105 minutes to a sacred stone massage, an Athlete at Altitude massage and a Mother To Be massage, plus a couple's massage with a private soak. Facials include Hydrafacial MD, an oxygen facial and the signature Epic Facial, and body treatments range from a body polish to detox and moisture wraps. Oxygen therapy is available for anyone adjusting to the altitude, and the spa also offers waxing.

At The Lodge at Vail

The spa is part of The Lodge at Vail. The lodge's steakhouse, Elway's, and Cucina are under the same roof.
