The spa

There are 11 treatment rooms: esthetician and body-treatment areas, seven massage and dry-treatment rooms, wet rooms with Vichy and Swiss showers, and a couples room. The men's and women's locker rooms each have a whirlpool, steam room and dry sauna, and there is a large co-ed relaxation lounge. A fitness center with cardio equipment and weight stations is part of the spa, with personal-trainer consultations available.

Treatments

The 2026–27 RockResorts Spa menu for Vail runs from a custom massage in 50, 80 or 105 minutes to a sacred stone massage, an Athlete at Altitude massage and a Mother To Be massage. Facials include an oxygen facial, Hydrafacial MD and a signature Epic Facial. Body treatments cover a body polish and moisture, detox and sculpting wraps. The salon handles manicures, pedicures and blowouts, and a 30-minute oxygen treatment is on the menu for anyone feeling the altitude. RockResorts says the spa uses natural, botanical and organic ingredients.

At The Arrabelle

The spa is part of The Arrabelle at Vail Square. The hotel's Tavern on the Square and The Belle café are in the same building, and Vail Square, with its winter ice rink, is right outside.
