Massage and bodywork

Sessions draw on Swedish, deep tissue, sports, oncology and prenatal massage, and on stretching and therapy work such as active isolated stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy. One therapist offers Mayan abdominal therapy. Enhancements include CBD, aromatherapy, cupping, hot stone and hand and foot masks, added without extending the session.

Facials and the Recovery Room

Customized facials target hydration, texture or congestion, and are currently offered on Mondays and Fridays. The Recovery Room, with infrared sauna, cold plunge, yoga mat and mobility tools, can be booked on its own in 30- or 60-minute blocks, or before a massage for a discount.

Passes and memberships

Five-session passes work as buy four, get the fifth free, and can be shared with family. Monthly memberships include one service a month, discounts on extra services and retail, unlimited Recovery Room sessions and, on service days, use of Highline's pool, hot tub and gym. The studio also sells a small, changing range of retail.

Before you book

Hours are seasonal, with the studio currently open five days a week. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and the studio adds a 20% gratuity by default, which is at your discretion. Exact prices and hours are in the FAQ.

Inside Highline Vail

The studio is down the lobby hallway, past the elevators, on the right. The hotel also houses Charter Sports for ski and bike rentals, the lobby lounge Pivot62 and Del Toro Mexican Cuisine.
