Breakfast and coffee

The breakfast menu is built for a fast start: egg sandwiches on a bagel, croissant or ciabatta, smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers, avocado toast on baguette, a chorizo breakfast burrito and waffles. The coffee bar makes lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, chai and matcha, hot or iced, plus smoothies and an affogato made with the house gelato.

Lunch from the counter

Lunch is sandwiches, panini, wraps and salads: an Italian cold-cut sandwich with mortadella and capicola, a Thanksgiving-style turkey sandwich with stuffing and cranberry, a prosciutto and mozzarella panino, and a chicken tarragon salad sub. Everything travels, which makes it a good call for a picnic or a mountain lunch.

The market shelves

The deli cases hold Boar's Head cold cuts alongside prosciutto di Parma, jamón Ibérico, speck and bresaola, and cheeses from Parmigiano Reggiano and Manchego to Colorado goat cheese. Breads such as focaccia, ciabatta and baguettes, croissants and scones are made in house. DeliZioso also stocks pasta, sauces, eggs and milk, and practical items like sunscreen, condiments and coffee filters, and it takes special orders for Petrossian caviar.

Sister restaurants

La Bottega, next door to the west, is the family's sit-down northern Italian restaurant, with a patio, a wine bar and a long wine list. The same team also runs Barrio Social, a Spanish and Portuguese tapas restaurant on Meadow Drive that opens in the afternoon.
