The menu

The menu runs from appetizers such as spicy garlic edamame, gyoza, shishito peppers, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño and seared tuna belly with ponzu, through salads, miso soup, tempura and entrées, to nigiri, sashimi, and standard and specialty rolls. The restaurant also lists bento boxes.

Ordering

Order through the Joy Sushi website or call ahead, then pick up at the counter. It opens at 11 a.m. most days, so lunch works too; hours are in the FAQ.

In the West Vail Mall

The same building also holds QDOBA, Subway and Vaquero's, which helps when not everyone in the group wants sushi.
