The condos

Every condo has a fully equipped kitchen, and select studios have kitchenettes. Fireplaces, soaking tubs and balconies feature in the residences, and some units have an in-suite washer and dryer. Basics such as coffee, dish soap and paper towels are stocked, so a first grocery run can wait.

Getting to the lifts and villages

The walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola is under 200 yards, which is short but not ski-in/ski-out. Vail Village is a 10- to 15-minute walk, or a ride on the free in-town shuttle that comes about every 10 minutes. Snow equipment storage is provided, and snowshoes are loaned out in winter.

Pool, fitness and extras

Heated outdoor pools and hot tubs sit among the pines, and a remodeled fitness center includes a Peloton bike. In summer, cruiser bikes and lawn games are free on a first-come basis. The concierge can recommend grocery delivery, babysitters, crib and highchair rentals and in-room massage, and will set aside a complimentary pack 'n play on request.

Before you book

Each condo includes one parking space in the garage, and extra cars go to the public parking structure at a charge. Housekeeping comes at the end of the stay, with one mid-week clean on stays of five nights or more. Pets are not permitted and the property is smoke-free.
