The condos

Condos are individually owned, so decor varies, but a typical two-bedroom has a king or queen in one room, two beds in the other and a fold-out in the living room. There are also two-bedroom lofts, three-bedroom lofts and units with four or more beds. You can search specifically for a Vail Mountain view, a pool view or a ground-floor unit, and many condos have their own washer and dryer.

Pool, steam and fitness

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub look south to Vail Mountain, with two gas grills on the deck. The pool opens in summer and winter and closes in the shoulder seasons. Steam rooms and a small third-floor fitness room with a Peloton bike and treadmill round things out.

Getting around

No car or shuttle is needed. The Eagle Bahn Gondola and Born Free Express lift are about a six-minute walk, and the free Town of Vail bus stops in front of Dobson Ice Arena, next to the building. Market at Vail, a small grocery, is under five minutes away. Guests get special rates at Performance Sports in Lionshead, which also stores its rental skis overnight.

Medical stays and groups

The building offers discounted rates for Steadman Clinic patients, with elevator access, walk-in showers, recliners and single-level units, plus shower chairs on request. Winter groups of about 40 fit across the building. One condo takes a dog; the FAQ below has that and the parking and cancellation terms.
