The condos

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace and a private balcony, and the collection runs to two- and three-bedroom layouts. Some are more unusual than others: one three-bedroom unit puts the main bedroom on an upper level beside a rooftop deck, while a two-bedroom unit adds a loft with twin-over-full bunk beds. Read the individual unit page closely.

Location and lifts

The gondola, Lionshead ski school and lift ticket windows are all about three minutes on foot. That is a short walk, not ski-in/ski-out. Lionshead's shops and restaurants surround the building, and the free town bus runs to Vail Village.

On site

The building lists a rooftop hot tub and on-site laundry. Some unit pages also tag a complex pool without saying where it is, so ask when you book if a pool matters. Housekeeping follows CoralTree's condo model: trash and towels daily, with a full clean on day four of longer stays.

Before you book

Each reservation includes one space in Vail 21's outdoor lot; extra cars go to town parking structures for a fee. No pets or smoking, and a guest aged 25 or older must be in the party. CoralTree adds a 6.5% resort fee, a damage-protection fee and a cleaning fee. The FAQ below has the figures.
