The villas

Douglas offers one-bedroom villas and one- and two-bedroom bi-level lofts, each with separate living and dining areas, a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, a furnished balcony and free Wi-Fi.

Getting to the mountain

StreamSide is not ski-in/ski-out; the lifts are a drive or a ride away. Marriott runs a complimentary shuttle to Vail Mountain for guests, and Charter Sports has a rental shop on the property, so gear is sorted before the shuttle leaves.

Pools and family time

Connected indoor and outdoor pools and a whirlpool are the centerpiece, with a fitness center, a racquetball and basketball court, a game room, a children's playground and a fire pit around them. On-site laundry helps on longer stays.

Before you book

Parking is on site for a small daily charge, and there is no space for RVs or campers. Pets are not allowed, the villas have no air conditioning, and check-out is at 10 a.m. The FAQ below has the details.

On the property

Charter Sports at Marriott's StreamSide is the ski and snowboard rental shop on the resort grounds, offering fittings and premium skis and boards. It suits families outfitting everyone in one stop; reserve online at least a day ahead for the best rate. The sister buildings, StreamSide Birch and StreamSide Evergreen, share the address and are booked separately through Marriott.
