What you can rent

The collection is sorted the way skiers think: ski-in/ski-out and walk-to-lift condos, luxury homes, homes with hot tubs and golf-course rentals. Lift access differs completely from one property to the next, so read each listing's location rather than the category name. Named condo buildings include Vail 21 in Lionshead and Vantage Point.

How a stay works

There is no front desk. Most homes use keyless entry, with the door code sent on arrival day, and a property guide covering parking, Wi-Fi and building amenities arrives before the trip. The team answers calls and texts around the clock during a stay. Housekeeping is a checkout clean; mid-stay cleaning costs extra.

Before you book

Deposits are large and cancellation terms strict, so trip insurance is worth a look for peak weeks. Every home comes with at least one parking space, some homes take dogs for a fee, and none has air conditioning unless its listing says so. Homes outside the villages can have steep driveways, and the company recommends four-wheel drive there in winter. Exact terms are in the FAQ below.

Longer stays and return guests

Stays of 30 nights or more get a long-term discount and are exempt from sales tax, and the company also handles long-term rentals. Its Vail Regulars program, launched in July 2026, gives returning guests a discount that grows with each completed stay.
