Mornings

Breakfast is short and local: croissants and cinnamon rolls, gluten-free breads, chilled maple oats, a bagel with lox, a breakfast burrito with green chile and a locally made veggie quiche. The espresso menu covers the classics plus chai, turmeric and matcha lattes, with oat and almond milk.

The bar

The gin and tonic uses a floral tonic from Lost Identity Bev Co. and CapRock gin from near Aspen. The Carajillo shakes the house espresso with Licor 43. Beyond the signatures, the back bar leans on amari, agave spirits and Colorado vodka, gin and whiskey, and the bartenders will build a drink to order. Three rotating taps pour local beer.

Events

The calendar fills around Vail's bigger nights: DJ after-parties following Amphitheater concerts and Bravo! Vail, the GoPro Mountain Games and the Fourth of July, plus trivia nights. Check the events page before you go.
