Where the homes are

The collection falls into four groups. Forest Road, the short street along Gore Creek between Vail Village and Lionshead, holds the ski-access homes, including Ascension, with a pool and a private funicular. Vail Village condos near Gondola One suit guests who want to park once and walk. Lionshead has the largest cluster, at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, which come with a shared pool, hot tubs and a private shuttle, and at Arrabelle. Golf-course homes and larger estates along the Vail Golf Club and Gore Valley suit summer trips and reunions.

Ski access, home by home

InvitedHome markets some Forest Road and Lionshead homes as ski-in/ski-out, but access differs from house to house. Its own advice is to tell the advisor how much true door-to-lift access matters, and to check each listing for walk-to-lift or shuttle details before booking.

Service before you arrive

The Vail team can stock the kitchen, arrange lift tickets and rentals, book a private chef or restaurant tables, and set up altitude support such as oxygen or IV hydration through local partners. Advisors will also send a shortlist of homes matched to a group's dates and size.

Because each home is individually owned, amenities, parking, pet rules and fees vary by property; read the individual listing on InvitedHome's site. The company is employee-owned and family-run and also manages homes in Beaver Creek, Aspen, Breckenridge, Telluride and several resorts outside Colorado.
