The pizza

Every pie is made to order with fresh dough, in small, medium, large or a thick Sicilian. House specials range from the Supreme to the Azteca with jalapeños and cilantro and the Cabo Pazzo with shrimp and pineapple, or you can build your own from about two dozen toppings. Slices come thin or thick. The 12-inch gluten-free crust is offered only at the Avon and Eagle locations, not in Vail.

Beyond pizza

Pasta dinners come with soup or salad and garlic bread: spaghetti, lasagna, baked rigatoni, manicotti, and eggplant or chicken parmigiana. There are also Pazzones (Pazzo's calzones), stromboli, hot subs, salads and appetizers such as calamari and wings, plus draft and bottled beer.

Other Pazzo's

The Avon location, in the Junction at Beaver Creek shopping center, adds a full bar, a kids' game room and a weekday happy hour; the Eagle location is just off I-70. The Vail restaurant is the one to walk to from the village.
