Espresso bars in Vail Village
Two Arrows Coffee & Bar runs a coffee program by day and a cocktail bar by night, open 7 a.m. to midnight. That range is what makes it work as both a morning stop and an evening one; Discover Vail lists it hosting live music, trivia and uphill-skinning meetups.
Unravel Coffee is the coffee bar of Gravity Haus Vail, at 352 E Meadow Drive, open daily 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu runs breakfast and lunch items such as avocado toast and a Gravity Bowl alongside smoothies and lattes including matcha, chai and golden milk. Loaded Joe's sits across from the Vail Village parking structure, inside Austria Haus. Breakfast sandwiches and burritos run until 1 p.m., alongside espresso drinks and smoothies; lunch sandwiches and salads run 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a late-night menu of beer, wine and food from 1 p.m. to close. The exact closing hour for the Vail location isn't posted separately from the chain's other stores, so call ahead if you're planning a late night around it.
Yeti's Grind, at 141 E Meadow Drive in Solaris, is a neighborhood coffee shop serving drip and cold-brew coffee, espresso drinks, tea, smoothies, baked goods, hot breakfast items, sandwiches and salads every day.
Hotel and ski-shop cafés
Treff Café, inside the Sonnenalp Hotel, serves coffee drinks, croissants, muffins and danishes, plus sandwiches and paninis at lunch. It runs 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, dropping to 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from October 11 to December 15 before returning to the longer hours; confirm the current year's dates when you book a fall stay.

Gorsuch Ski Café sits at the bottom of Gondola One, serving warm Bavarian pretzels, Mexican hot chocolate, fresh-baked handpies and Illy coffee from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. during ski season. It's a warm-up stop tied to the ski shop it shares space with, so call ahead if you're visiting outside winter.
When you want breakfast, not just coffee
- The Little Diner, at 616 West Lionshead Circle, is a full-service breakfast diner open daily 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. (last call 1:45). The Concert Hall Plaza building it occupies is scheduled for demolition starting May 1, 2027, and the diner is raising money to relocate into the rebuilt development, so its address beyond that date isn't settled yet.
- Vintage, a French brasserie at 12 Vail Road, serves brunch Friday to Monday, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is closed Tuesday through Thursday (hours as posted in September 2026). The menu includes butter croissants, cronuts, avocado toast and eggs Benedict variations. Call (970) 479-0175 to check hours before you go, since brunch spots adjust seasonally.

Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea is in Minturn, not Vail Village
Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea roasts in Minturn, where its Roastery Cafe at 23698 US Highway 24 is open daily 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Its other cafés are in Beaver Creek and Downieville; there is no Vail Village location, so tasting the roast on-site means a short drive rather than a walk.
