Location and lifts

The building is at 508 East Lionshead Circle. The gondola is a short walk rather than ski-in/ski-out, and ski lockers are provided for skis, boards and poles. Lionshead's shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the free in-town bus to Vail Village stops a short stroll away.

The residences

Two-bedroom Gold condos are about 950 square feet, with a king room, a room with a double and bunks, and a sofa sleeper. The Platinum two-bedrooms add a loft and sleep up to eight in 1,150 square feet, and the largest five-bedroom layout has cathedral ceilings, a wet bar and a loft with bunks and a small office. The collection lists air conditioning, in-unit washers and dryers, smart TVs, balconies and barbecue grills.

Pool and hot tubs

The heated outdoor pool is open in summer only; two hot tubs run year-round. Housekeeping comes before arrival, with a mid-stay clean included on stays of five nights or more.

Before you book

All CoralTree Vail guests check in at the front desk of The Landmark, a few minutes away at 610 West Lionshead Circle, so do not drive to Vantage Point first. Garage parking for one car is included, but expect a 6.5% resort fee and a flat damage-protection fee. There are no pets, no smoking, and someone 25 or older must be on each reservation. Management and check-in

CoralTree Residence Collection: the management company that rents Vantage Point condos and runs housekeeping, reservations (970-306-0259) and guest services.

The Landmark: CoralTree's main Lionshead building, whose front desk handles check-in and keys for Vantage Point guests. After hours, keys are in a lockbox at The Landmark's entrance.
